Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TScribe, a clinical documentation tool operated by Tamela ("we", "us", "our"), based in Abuja, Nigeria. By using TScribe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using any part of TScribe, you confirm that you are a licensed healthcare professional or authorised representative of a healthcare institution, and that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of service

TScribe is an AI-assisted clinical documentation tool. It converts spoken dictation into draft medical reports and structured form data for review by qualified clinicians. TScribe is a productivity aid, not a diagnostic tool or medical device.

3. Permitted use

You may use TScribe only for lawful professional healthcare documentation purposes. You must not:

• Use TScribe to generate fraudulent or fabricated clinical records
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised individuals
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or professional regulations

4. Clinical responsibility

TScribe produces draft reports that must be reviewed and validated by a qualified clinician before clinical use. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any report submitted in your name or under your credentials. TScribe does not make clinical decisions and cannot substitute for your professional judgement.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that show signs of compromised credentials.

6. Intellectual property

TScribe, its underlying software, and all associated content are owned by Tamela or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use TScribe for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of clinical content you create using the service.

7. Disclaimers

TScribe is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcription accuracy will meet any particular threshold. AI-generated drafts may contain errors. Always review output before clinical use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TScribe and Tamela are not liable for any clinical outcome arising from reliance on AI-generated content without appropriate professional review. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using TScribe at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
